Welcome to Ever Knitting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our B2B manufacturing services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Manufacturing & Production

As a B2B provider, Ever Knitting adheres to international textile standards.

• Production Variance: Client acknowledges that a variance of +/- 5% in weight, color shade (due to dye lot variations), and dimensions is industry standard and shall be accepted as fulfilled.
• Samples: Sample leads times are estimates. Payment for samples does not guarantee a final production contract.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Our Patterns: All knitting patterns, software code, and website imagery are the property of Ever Knitting.
• Client Designs: Clients retain IP for the custom designs they provide. By submitting a design (Tech Pack), you grant Ever Knitting a license to manufacture the goods for you.

3. Orders and Payments

• Quotes: Price quotes are valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in yarn market prices.
• Payment Terms: Standard production requires a [e.g., 30%] deposit before knitting begins, with the balance due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ever Knitting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of retail profit) due to shipping delays caused by third-party logistics or customs clearance.
